This company is very slow to fix anything. They make promises to do repairs and never show up. They enter your apartment without permission. They give out parking passes for personal parking spaces, then give more away than they provide in spaces (resulting in long drives around campus to find parking). All around, they do the bare minimum to stay within the lease. Don't do it.
