Apartment Review for Lexington Park - Columbus, OH

HEARTLAND POWER COMPANY BILLS HIDDEN SECOND PORTION OF TOTAL RENTAL COST! Other reviewers are right: 90% Mexican population, often 10 or more crammed into a 2 BR, lots of trucks parked illegally. Maintenance tries to be friendly but the maint here is very poor - bad plumbling, Kamakazee Kitchen Kabinets will take your eye out, the places leaks like a sieve in the winter. NO SNOW REMOVAL in parking lots, salt applied only to walks immediately outside each apartment, no sidewalks cleared of snow and ice. The ground is extremely uneven here and large patches where no grass grows are common. No attempt seems to have been made to plant grass and NOTHING is done to fill in low spots and holes in the ground. Some sidewalks in terrible repair. Worst of all are the fantastic fines enforced if late even one day with rent ($75.00), second day: an ADDITIONAL $100.00. Eviction comes very quickly if you are late at all. This is a greedy corporation. $$$$ is the ONLY thing that matters here to the owners.
