Apartments fine for those who don't mind living with mold, mildew, leaking windows, water damaged walls, and denied repairs that contribute to health hazards. It is so unfortunate that this beautiful property has gone so down hill. Property managers change every year because of the pressure to keep lying to tenants about why repairs can't be done.  Need to rent an apartment?
