Apartment Review for Maple Canyon Townhomes - Columbus, OH

They can be nice apartment but maintenance is slow, the cleaning of the units are poorly done, but the most important aspect is the manager's character, she is a liar, she discriminates among the residents, she pops a lot of pills, she tells residents business to other residents, talks about residents to other residents, she lies about any and everything, she makes the complex not worth renting and she will lose her long time residents who know she a habitual liar. She is a liar who tries to fast talk you,and she is losing good tenants like myself who have lived in the complex for a long time. They need to get her out! You will not be happy here! The manager is not honest or fair! And there is too much drug activity,crooked cops watching the place,break-ins, a big fat guy who looks dirty who is in the office all the time who the manager discusses residents business with. In fact, he went around telling residents about bed bugs of a resident, about other tenants who the manager (Theresa) told him. Residents records are shown to this man which is illegal!
