Apartment Review for Meadowview - Columbus, OH

The office lost my rent two times and charged me over two hundred dollars each time because of their mistake. Which they admitted to losing but its Meadow View "policy" to collect on "overdue" bills. EVEN THOUGH IT WASNT MY FAULT. The apatments are old, small, and everything breaks. The maintenance staff is great if the office decides to give them notice of a complaint. Cassandra McDonald is the property manager, watch out for this one. If she personally does not like you they will not renew your lease. I have not had one complaint against me or made any late payments (other than the ones that was their fault). Cassandra did not like me so she would not renew my lease. If you are not a white, preppy, skinny, 25 yr old grad student from OSU I would suggest looking for another place to live.
