Apartment Review for Mercer Square - Columbus, OH

There is not much positive to say about this place, and I would not recommend living here to anyone! As far as the appearance, it all looks nice because they are brand new. However, outside of that it is just over priced junk! For the amount of rent that you pay each month, you should not be able to hear conversations in other apartments, showers running, exhaust fans, toilets flushing, and so on. This has by far been the worst living experience of my life. The management staff does not care about the concerns of its tenants, and only want your rent. They do not salt the walkways at all and I have fallen several times as well as seen & heard others who have also. They do not shovel the walkways very well either, and do not have the parking lots plowed very well either. I would bet that the positive reviews from this property either came from the leasing staff, or someone that they know, because there is no way that anyone can be that happy living there. I have heard nothing but complaints! Do not make the mistake that myself and many others did! They are going to have a very hard time getting people to renew their leases. I cannot wait to move from here!
