Nothing more to say than to agree with whatever the problems mentioned by other reviewers. Its true that, most of the tenants are not happy with the apartments. Whereever you search for this apartment reviews. Either you will hear that the apartments are WORST or reviews saying apartments are FANTASTIC and then mentioning about the staff, maintenanace, club house, community events, free beer. who need this when you don't provide plesant place to live, even though charging over $1000 + 250 electricity + $35 water???  Need to rent an apartment?
