we moved in the carpet was dirty, you cant ever get ahold of anyone at the rental office, there is 1 space per apartment and very few guest parking, neighbors are always loud outside drinking all hours of the night. cars been broken into and the kids around here are brats.. always knocking on doors and running.  Need to rent an apartment?
