Apartment Review for Millstone Lakes - Columbus, OH

We have been here since early this year. I really, really like the size of the 3 bdrm. townhouse. The carpet was dirty, diswasher doesnt work, the way they have the laundry room set up is backwards. (the washer should go in first) Some of the neighbors are very rude. The kids are nosiy and rude as well! My car has been broken into. We have had lawn charis taken from our patio. The noise level is terrible. The parking is the worst!! Most people have a 2 household income which requires 2 vehicles, well you get one space per unit and then you hope you find a visitor space unless you have a garage. Have never meet the maintence team. Only seen the office people 1 time and thats when we moved in. I think they are very impersonnal. Put stuff on your doors and run!!! The thing that does keep us here is the size of the apt. and the reasonable rent rate. Where else can you go to find a 3bdrom townhouse that is 1300 sq. feet?
