Apartment Review for Millstone Lakes - Columbus, OH

While the property management company does a good job for what they have to work with( 1 office manager and 1 maintenance man), the water bills are becoming OUTRAGEOUS! Since Sept 2009, we have had 3 three different billing companies for the water service. Over 5 months we've paid $375.00 in water and sewage alone! Upon calling the water billing company which appears to be someone with a cell phone, they stated that MAYBE the bills would go down once more units were rented. WOW! Other than that, on the main drag into the complex there is a huge puddle which is due to uneven pavement, that we call 'The Lake' because of it's size. The owners ignore it. But if you like to keep a clean car....don't rent an apartment in the 2700 block of Muffin Wy because every car that drives through 'The Lake' will splash your car!
