I live in the 2 bedroom one story apartment with my friend and the rent is very good and we like the apartment. We saw the model and we set ours up very much the same. Our water bill is low but there are only 2 of us in a 2 bedroom so we don't use as much water. We really like the office staff and the maintence guy. We like it here!  Need to rent an apartment?
