Apartment Review for New Village Place - Columbus, OH

Be prepared for very high utility bills! These places are not insulated at all. You can see daylight through the bottom of the kitchen door. High gas bills in the winter and high electric bills in the summer. I would end up paying more for gas/electric than friends with really large homes. You can hear every word that your neighbor says and the floors creak really bad. It sounds like the floor boards in an old home. The carpet was dirty when I moved in and I had to clean it at my expense. The location is the real selling point to this place and I always found the staff to be very friendly. Parking is good..great place to live if you have dogs and can afford the extras.
