I have lived in Northgate since 2006 when I 1st moved in I had people knockin on my door I assume because a drug dealer use to live there. The maintenance men look like they are on crack they dont do anything..I have had a leaky ceiling for about 6 months no one has come to fix it they dont care and all Joe wants is the money he does not put anything back in the property. and its filled with Mexicans!!!!..DO NOT MOVE IN NORTHGATE  Need to rent an apartment?
