Apartment Review for Northland Arms Apartments - Columbus, OH

This appartment is very affordable, but...

1. Maintainance is extremely bad. Problems do not get fixed. We had a broken shower (!!!) for over 3 months, and after about 20 complaints and several pitty attempts at fixing it, the shower still doesn't work right - you get either scolded or frozen with brief respites when you have normal water. Additionally, we had bugs coming inside apt. from the sink and drainage after some major sawege problem... I can go on and on and on... They are simply not taking care of this place and the major reason for that is the tenants, which brings us to point number 2...

2. The place is rented out to individuals who are not clean, loud, ghetto, and in general folks normal people wouldn't want to be around. Loud music at 4a.m. should not surprise anyone. Partying in the parking lot shouldn't either. Items fall off of our walls due to the noise! Again, some people are nice, but overall population here is not what you want your neigbors to be. We don't feel welcome or safe in this neigborhood.

3. Bottom line is - don't fall for the low price. The overall experience isn't worth what you'd be saving. We are planning to break the lease half a year before it ends, just so we can get out of here. Stay away...
