Northwoods apts is very poorly ran. the managment is very shady. And half the property got new appliances the whole back side and a building did not becouse Mandt R manager wqas like those people are nast i ant giving them. Thats not right. And like to double and tripple charge residents rent. Aimco is a very poorly ran company. And only looks to make investirs happy no one else. And is not good to certain employees
