Apartment Review for Norton Village Apartments - Columbus, OH

I had lived there for nearly three years and am glad to say I finally got the ef out of there. First and foremost it is a cesspool of crap. The majority of the tenants are lowlifes and there have been multiple break ins over the years that I was there. Second, the property manager is Angela Fuller, she is a nazi. Aside from that she violated my lease on numerous occasions. She would tell me when I was allowed to have guests and how long they could stay, even though my lease stated a visitor can stay for up to 14 consecutive days before that guest must leave for a 24 hour period, at which point they are able to return for another 14 day period. I spoke with the office of the property owners and they explained it to me like that. She has used swear words in front of my children. Threatened guests of mine with restraining orders against them barring them from the property if she thought they were here too often. I am not a drug addict nor a troublemaker. I work for a software firm doing technical support for businesses. I have always paid my rent on time and never once have the police ever come to my home. I have never had any quarrels with the neighbors. There was no excuse for how she treated me during the time I lived there. I spoke with many other tenants and they all agreed, she has been a very shallow, vindictive, and spiteful property manager and most of them tried very hard to avoid her. Aside from that, the maintenance was horrible. It took them three months to fix my refrigerator, the whole time things were going bad like crazy. I had to threaten to put my rent in escrow in order to get the fridge unit fixed. I would not suggest this place to ANYONE!!!!!
