Apartment Review for Olentangy Terrace Apartments - Columbus, OH

I have been at OT for just a few months and can say that I have found my stay here uneventful so far. Not the newest, nor the most amenity filled, but very large and quiet. My 2 bed is 1100 SF with lots of storage in the closets. The building is a bit on the older side but the recent management has been cleaning the place up nicely. Inside laundry room is nice and open 24/7. The entry doors are secured with an intercom/buzzer system from the 60's which is showing it's age; sometimes it doesn't work and you have to run down to open the door instead of buzzing it open. Overall though it is quiet, the residents are all very friendly and the on-site manager is a nice, fun guy. Maintenance only on Tuesdays though unless it is a flood or fire.
