Apartment Review for Phillips Property Management - Columbus, OH

PMC should be avoided like the plague. First off this is an investment company first and foremost. Once you sign a lease they are not so concerned about your living conditions as getting there money. We moved into 1148 West 6th Ave, in the Grandview area and had trash in the bushes of our front porch and garage! This was frustrating to have refuse to clean up the day you move in. My roomate and I ran into a safety issue with a delivery man threatning us and we did not feel safe living there, PMC did nothing to help us out of our lease, granted we wanted out before it was over, but they wouldn't even take our money to pay people to get into the place. When someone finally did rent it out they charged numerous miscellanious fees that had no business being there. There property we were in was mediocore at best and when it came to getting out due to safety reasons they were worthless. Do not rent with these people! They care nothing about there tenants and only about there investors. AVOID PMC!
