Apartment Review for Phillips Property Management - Columbus, OH

I rented with property management from 12/08 until 01/09. Overall it was a horrible experience, nobody should ever rent with them ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Me and my 2 children had to live with mice for 3 months and they did nothing about it. i had to take them to court. keep your money in your pocket and find somebody else to rent with, they are liars and deceivers and will say and do anything to get your money and have you move in, but once your in and your name is on that dotted line your stuck!!!!!!!!!!
