There's alot of crime in the surrounding apartment complex's. Where you can hear gun shots on a weekly bases from the other apartment complex's theres a registered sex offender that lives here. Unlike the first review THIS IS NOT a gated complex and you can hear traffic from 70 and woodcrest/noe bixby. The owner Mr.Smith is very good at fixing what ever needs to be fixed and is very helpful.
