nice as anything when you sign lease, great for 1st month, then horrible... fake fixes things (cheaply), then about 1 mo in, they begin to fall apart, he blames you and either doesn't fix or refixes how it was so the problem returns in a month. also never gives notice before entering (for him or crew), they leave door open/unlocked leaving safety of you and stuff at risk. neighbor had 2 break-ins and he did nothing about it, she was also stalked by housemates and he told her not to be so suspicious of the stalker, very scary.
