I lived at Riverview Terrace Apartments for over 2 years. The properties are owned by David Caldwell who is around 80 years old and is a money hungry land-lord. He only shows to collect his rent and never performs the functions required of a landlord.He will lie to you constantly and tell you he will effect repairs but don't expect anything from him. Also, Riverview Drive is one of the worst areas around Ohio State to live. It is dumpy and dirty. Whatever you do don't obtain and apartment from Riverview Terrace.
