Apartment Review for Ravine Bluff - Columbus, OH

Who ever wrote the reviews that this place is great...obviously did not live there. They must work there...management must have wrote 5 reviews to make this place sound better. Every apartment complex you rent in has 24 hr maintenance and all the other stuff. The reviews said little about 24 maintenance and referrals. They talked about gun shots, crime, SWAT teams, and shoddy workmanship. I also lived at ravine bluff. The price is great. But like people said, make sure you see your apartment before you sign the lease. It looks nothing like the model you see and trust me... you will be unhappy. Crime, I did not experience myself, but helicopters are out every other night. And I saw police cars several times living there, not just in the apartments, but houses near the apartments. But the rent is cheap.. so what can you expect. Overall its okay...its nothing like the previous reviews, talking about how great this place is.
