Apartment Review for Ravine Bluff - Columbus, OH

I am writing this to hopefully help other people from making the same mistake we did. The model looks NOTHING like the real apartment. When we moved in, there was a HUGE disgusting stain on the dining room floor, the stove didn't work, the garbage disposal didn't work, the air conditioner didn't work, the medicine cabinet was beyond repulsive, there was another stain on the bathroom tile, and the hot water heater was not working properly. A month later, and our air conditioner has broken again, the light in the upstairs hallway doesn't work, and I am truly afraid that the fan downstairs is going to fall out of the ceiling. Please do not make the mistake of moving in here. You will regret it, trust me. We looked at the model, and it seemed great for the amount of money you pay. But trust me, it is not. I would rather be paying more money than having to deal with this place. So far, we haven't had any problems with security. But, we have had to call maintenance more in the first month we've lived here than in the whole 3 years we lived in our previous apartment. And they take your bank account numbers, and threaten to charge you $35 to remove trash from around your apartment that YOU did NOT put there. People just dump trash all over the grounds. We moved in here and got a dog, and I worry about taking my dog out because of course he picks up stuff in his mouth and there is so much trash around here, I'm afraid he's going to get ahold of something that will make him sick. I could go on and on, but the basic idea is DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. You will spend the remainder of the lease regretting it. Please take it from someone who is in the situation right now.
