Apartment Review for Ravine Bluff - Columbus, OH

The apartment and everything in it is essentially falling apart. The roof was leaking for a week and there is water damage all over the ceiling so I'm sure I'll see a charge for that when I move out. None of the appliances work properly for more than a few weeks at a time, then I have to call maintenence again. The wireing is messed up in the kitchen and hallway. The lightbulbs burned out every two weeks. The maintenence guys are nice enough, but the office staff is rude and totally unprofessional. You can't get anywhere with them without threatening to sue them or something. I've lived here for three hellish years and am finally able to get out. I would not recommend this appartment to anyone. The money saved is not worth the headache involved. Stay away from Ravine Bluff.
