Apartment Review for Ravine Bluff - Columbus, OH

Where do I start on this place? The management are a bunch of trashy, uppity women with a serious chip on their collective shoulders, the "repair" men look like the devil's rejects and are about as bright as the residents at the group home up the road, and slum conditions would be putting it nicely. I have called several time over our leaking gutters that have seeped down into our walls and shorted out our electrical system and caused our walls to bow out from the damage, but they always say they will get to it. They have never even put in a work order! It has been unusually wet this summer, so our walls have started to ripple in the corners and have a distinctive musty smell. Now, beyond all that, you will not get them out to complete any kind of work order for a good 3 days, if you are lucky. The orders seem to go "missing" and you have to file a new one. We are moving in a few weeks and I cannot wait! They can keep their 99 dollar deposit, because I am not fixing the problems that they caused by refusing to fix their bad gutters and the like. Oh, and tonight, I went downstairs and found a roach in my kitchen...I know that has come from the trash next door that they've rented to. I have never, in all my life had a roach in my house...and now I have! This place is Satan's Butthole!!!!
