Apartment Review for Ravine Bluff - Columbus, OH

My apartment lease began in April of 2008. Maintance was to be completed before I moved in. It is now August of 2008 & tmost of it has still not been tended to. The kitchen smells of dead animal. I informed the office staff as well as maintance on the same day and time. Their responce was that it was in fact most likely a dead animal and laughed. I asked what they were going to do about that. The responce from them was to use air freshners. This place is disgusting. According to my neighbor; Her husband and her had the same issues and many more as well. I am currentley looking for another place that is safe and affordable. I am very disappionted in this place. The few good maintance men for this property are overworked and underpaid. They are not supplied with the correct materials if any at all to perform the desperatley needed maintance. The other maintance workers just don't care and as a result shows in the lack of maintance not performed or half assed performed. Decisions about certain issues are made unfairly about many tenants when the office staff are not around to know the facts of certain events that do take place here. I would never recommend this place to anyone; especailly if you have children. I have
