Apartment Review for Ravine Bluff - Columbus, OH

I have live here for 2 years and from the first day I moved in my toilet has been broken. They have had to fix it 15 times. Maintance has been horrible! I have had to call and put in work orders for my Stove,garbage disposal,dishwasher, and Toilet. The Stove works when it wants,Disoposal works on and off, and the disposal has been broke since i moved. I have called the off a million times trying to get stuff done and the lazy people have nothing to say except i will tell the maintance again. I have talked with PW who is full of SHHHHHHH! They automatically deduct your waterbill out of your account without proper notification. They don't warn you and can cause you to overdraft your account. I was only 1 month behind! I only owed 40.00 including my past due. Just plain redicoulous!!! Only good thing was my neighbors were great! We all got along and looked out for each other. I will miss them but the Management NO! I would not recomend this place! I have spoken with several tenants who are all un happy! My lease is up at the end of this month and i am glad to be moving!!! I probably wont get my deposit back even though they failed to do their jobs in fixing everything i reported!!! Only staff that works there that is nice and understands is DArlene but poor woman can't do much of anything to help you cause she isn't a management. All I can say is RUN! They get you by how cheep rent is but don't look at the model and expect to get what the model looks like! It's far from. I had paint stains everywhere all over my carpet. i reported several problems when i moved in and was promised when i renewed my lease they would remodel parts of my bathroom,clean my carpet, give me fresh paint. Guess what Just last month they finally clean my dang Carpet. I moving this month!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! I am just fed up!!!
