Apartment Review for Ravine Bluff - Columbus, OH

I have been here almost 3 years. I had warped counters from water damage from the previous tenant that I was promised to be replaced. Nothing done. Light fixtures hanging unsecured fromt the ceiling that I finally had to attach. Paint all over the woodwork and doors. Screens bent and damaged from a wind storm 2 years ago still have not been repaired. The air condition stops working at least twice each summer and it takes 4 or 5 days for maintenance to get to it. The noise and loud music coming from my neighbors above me and behind me are so loud, I cannot hear my tv, or I am awakened in the night. It was so bad the vibrations from the music from the tenant behind me vibrated a heavy mirror off the wall. The office staff just blows me off when I report it. I went without a dishwasher for almost 2 months after it caught fire. The require rent be auto debited from your account as a condition of moving in. It is supposed to be taken out on the 3rd, but they routinely take it out on the 1st. My rent would not have been deposited until tonight, but they took it out AGAIN today. Guess who has to pay the bank charges now???? The complex tries to blame the bank, but the ACH is sent each month by the complex management. According to my bank, it was set for the 1st. Stay away from this place. I would have left after my lease was up but was unable to afford to move. Since my bank account is now overdrawn almost $500.00, looks like I will lose my bank account and will probably be in a homeless shelter before long.
