I lived in a two bedroom unit, it is very roomy and nice. The new manager answers all my calls and get back with me when I leave voicemails. I had repairs done right away. It is becoming a little loud with the new neighbors, lots of kids too. Avoid walking on riverview drive, just walk through the UV area, it is way safer.The laundry basement is not well kept, and plowing during snow season need improved, but overall it is a nice place to leave for cheap.  Need to rent an apartment?
