Apartment Review for Riverwatch Tower - Columbus, OH

I wanted to live in Riverwatch because it was so close to campus. Unfortunately being close to campus is not always a plus. My main probelm with this place is that they hold a huge rally with hundreds of people and a live band on the Saturdays of home football games. Tenants of the building are forced to fight for parking spaces in the side lot from the Thursday before the home game, and there are not enough spaces to go around. The people that set up for the rally and of course those attending the rally seem to have no consideration for the tenants of the building. On days when the football game starts early, you can expect to be woken up by a live band at about 8 in the morning. And the walls of the building are not insulated enough to prevent you from hearing. On the website, this place is billed as a quiet place, good for graduate students and the like. But it is not at all what it is billed to be. Don't rent here. You can get all the fun and excitement of game day by coming to the rally, and then going home to your quiet place somewhere else.
