Sterling Property Management Riverwatch Tower

Riverwatch Tower is convienant to OSU and some units are nice however if they are managed by Sterling Properties BEWARE.They will charge you on move-out a 87.00 cleaning fee regardless how clean you leave it and 60.00 carpet cleaning fee even if you pay to have it professionally cleaned.They will give you the run around regarding why they charged you.The carpet is old and funky when you move in no matter who cleans it.INSIST ON A WALKTHRU prior to vacating.Stephanie Frazier  Need to rent an apartment?
