Apartment Review for Spring Creek - Columbus, OH

after looking at the other reviews from 2005, it seems that this place has definitely stepped up their game. I've been here for 7 months and haven't had many problems. I haven't been a victim, or even heard of, crime here. police frequently drive through the premises. the maintenance isn't all that good though. it takes awhile to get things fixed - they refuse to work on weekends even if you heat is stuck on. so you end up paying $20 extra on your electric bill. overall though, the place is nice and decently priced. utilities are pretty cheap too.
