Apartment Review for Spring Creek - Columbus, OH

Between the helicopters circling around and their "pet policy" and break-in's!!! They say that they have a breed restriction but I can clearly see, maybe they can't the dog downstairs from me barks all day and night long! Plus I can here the people on the other side go to the bathroom and sing in the shower. On top of that at the beginning they said that we were suppose to pay the water bill.. we waited..and waited.. and waited IT NEVER CAME! So we called and they said wait a little more so we did.. Next thing we know 3 months later a letter is in our door and it said I quote "You are in viloation of your lease" "Spring Creek has been paying your water bill" "You must make a payment!" WFT??? I am in violation of my lease OKAY!!! Then guess what? We waited and waited and the bill NEVER CAME!!!!! Then suddenly today it is in my mail box. Between my 2 down stairs neighbors I am about to pull my hair out! The one has friends come over in the middle of the night laying on their horns, yelling, blasting music! It even makes my floor rattle! All the break in's in cars.. peeping toms! AGH! I can't wait to move! 3 more months!
