Apartment Review for Spring Creek - Columbus, OH

I was shown a nice apartment with matching features (bathroom floor matched countertops, over all nice cosmetic appearance) What I actually was assigned is aweful. I cried before I even moved my things in. I was told I got a "discounted" apartment........Hm........I've been angry ever since. My lease is up in the next few months and I can't wait to get out. The neighbors are NOISY........there is no privacy. People walk their dogs in the back and the dog owners never fail to stop and look in the apartment windows. I have had my blinds shut ever since I moved in. It's so depressing! When people walk down the stairs they see directly into my space. No way around that as the stairs are situated facing the windows!. I hear people stomp up and down 40 times a day, and night, yapping to each other or on their phones. The stairs are metal, and every step echos. The upstairs people come DOWN to my apartment door to talk on their cell phones-therefore I cannot hear my TV or stereo over THEIR voices-now how sad is that???? I cannot stand the smell of other peoples food cooking, yet my apartment always smells like the neighbors dinner....... Weekends are terrible for parking-people will have friends/guests stay and take ALL the spaces in front of your unit. I get angry when I am paying so much for a place, and I have to haul groceries so far because "guests" took all the spaces. My car was hit-by some kind of truck-and no one left a note or anything! I had to bite that damage. The space between the parking spots is SO small, it panics me everytime I back out. The corners are blind, so it's a crap shoot every time I back out-will I hit the TRUCKS parked behind me? Or get slammed in the side by a car tearing around the corner? The ONLY thing I like about this place is the wood-burning fireplace. I cannot wait to get out of here..........
