Apartment Review for Spring Creek - Columbus, OH

This place is becoming a ghetto. It looks good from the outside, the management makes sure of that to lure you in. Don't be fooled by the showplace apartment they show you. The apartments have been badly upkeep, which is a reflection of managment and maintenance. It takes forever for maintenance to service your apartment. There is much criminal activity there because the management rents to any and everyone. The police are always out there because of the criminal activity. They have preferences on how the treat residents based on color. The neighbors are loud and noisy and the manager is nasty. There were residents children constantly running around annoying neighbors. People who are guests are always taking residents parking spots. It's a very frustrating, unsafe and stressful community. Do Not Move Here!
