Apartment Review for Summerview Apartments - Columbus, OH

We lived here from 7/05-7/07. When we first looked here the model was very clean, the management was very friendly and seemed knowledable. After we moved in we realized this was not the case. We experienced numerous serious maintenance problems (a/c broken - took 2 years to fix, leak in our bedroom ceiling - took 1 1/2 years to fix, mold problem in bathroom - acknowleged by management but refused to correct the issue, hot water lasts for 5 minutes, front door would not close all the way - never corrected). Property manager was combative with us regarding every maintenance request (basically accused us of lying about the problem or suggested we didn't know what we were talking about). Inconsiderate neighbors who caused damage to our cars and had friends visit at all hours who would ring our bell because they didn't know which door was theirs. If you want to be treated like dirt - move here. If not - run away and don't look back!
