We have lived in this complex for 2 years and have not encountered any big problems. I will agree that it takes a while for the dryer to dry your cloths, but other than that, it's a pretty good place to live. Maintenance always comes by to fix whatever we need within hours of our request. The area is clean and well cared for. Carolyn (management) has been nothing but nice to us. And we never have trouble parking. I always feel safe around here.  Need to rent an apartment?
