Apartment Review for Summerview Apartments - Columbus, OH

I moved in on fairly short notice and quickly grew to regret my decision. My neighbors would walk around outside my open windows blowing smoke into my apartment then when I mentioned it to the office they asked me to tell them what apartment they lived in. I told them unless I stalked these people back home, that's a little hard to know. Then I received a notice on my door asking me to pick up all of the cigarette butts outside my apartment. My garage was broken into and I received a bill for $250 to repair it. Even after writing them a letter explaining how damage done by someone other than the renter to building property should be covered by their insurance, I have heard nothing back. I am afraid that they will attempt to take this money from my deposit. Overall this complex is simply not worth the hassle that the people working here will make it for you. There are tons of apartments in the area, I recommend you check those out instead :)
