Camping outside

My husband & I lived their for 5 yrs. At the beginning the management was VERY GOOD, but then there was a change of owner/managements and the apartment complex went to hell. We had a ceiling leaking that was called in & it only took them 6 months to fix it. When we finally called the city out, that is when they where ordered fix it. It got soon bad that there where animals looking at us at night. You think you would be camping outisde. Within 3 months the leak was back. The windows are so bad that there is mold & air comes through them. When asked if they are going to replace any windows they state that you are on the list. We heard that for 5 years. My AC unit went out it only took them 6 six weeks to fix it in the middle of the summer. I would like to see if the owners that are doctor live in the conditions that they subject there tenants to live in. It is so dark outside & there are no lights on outside. When you call in they state that it is on the list . If you like to ice skate I would recommend you live at The Chateau during the winter months, since they don't plow the streets & it turns into a ice skating ring. If they do plow then you would see a hillbilly throwing salt out of the back of the pick truck & call it snow plowing. If you like to take a swim in a polluted pond then I advised to go swimming at The Chateau. The water is so green that you can not see your body in it. Make sure that you hav a good alarm system on anything that you leave on your patio/porch/baloney, due to it having legs & disappearing from your home. I would advise that you think twice & then 2 more times before considering this move. |
