Apartment Review for The Chateau Du Nord - Columbus, OH

This is honestly the worst place you could possibly pay for to live. Stairs collapse, patio walls cave in, no one has ac in the summer and there are leaks and floods everywhere. On top of that the "management" is rude and doesn't respond to maintenance requests. THey cut corners on things like regular trash removal, landscaping, cleaning the "pool" and even their own records. They have entered my apartment on more than one occasion without permission and cut of my water "by accident" and never offer any apology. This is a slum at a premium price.
