Apartment Review for The Chateau Du Nord - Columbus, OH

This place used to be nice and it went downhill with lackluster and extremely rude and unprofessional management. The owners are not even close to being property owners and have absolutely no clue in their minds how to manage and run one... Or own one! The place is NOT insulated in the walls at all leaving huge winter heating bills. The maintenance staff was regularly changed and fired. They never seemed to keep anyone who knew what was wrong and how to fix it, because it was too costly. They were ignored, fired, and replaced with a dumbass with a roll of duct tape and chewing gum. Mold and water leakage was the norm everywhere! One apartment was so bad that the walls were black with mold everywhere. This was fixed with cheap primer!!! I cannot believe that no one has sued them for sheer neglect and stupidity. If you choose to live here, it is because you simply cannot find a refridgerator box. Seriously, not recommended at all!!
