Apartment Review for The Farms - Columbus, OH

I have lived here for 4 plus years now. The first few years I loved it! The apartment and staff was amazing. Although the complex is full of lazy people who leave their trash all around and next to the dumpster... but never in it. They let their onsite maintenance man go, and now maintenance issues are handled poorly. The new management don't honor any deals from the previous management. Getting out of the lease is nearly impossible. Once you are in, they got you hooked. They offer great deals the first few years for renewing and waive the "increase" if you renew. However, after a few years they will aim at getting the money back that was waived previously, because they will try attempt to renew by what the increase was every year plus some more.

This appartment complex is on it's way down. So much for being one of the best in Columbus.
