Apartment Review for The Farms - Columbus, OH

The Farms seemed like a good place, but that's what they want you to think until you sign the lease, then sit back and hold on for the ride. There have been 5 service requests in the first three weeks of living here. You never know when someone comes in or out because they dont leave anything to show that. Also, we were told we could split the payment as long as it totals the months rent, now they say only one form of payment, once again, a lie before the lease. Next told our garage would be patched and painted, NEVER done, i had to paint it myself, also with that we would get two garage openers, well only one, if we want another it's 75 dollars! So many things from poor management, the facility is new but i can bet it falls apart in a few years. The security gate hasn't worked for weeks, and a number of criminal activity reports have been filed in just the past week. I have not even lived here a month yet and turned in my notice to vacate and the end of my lease if not before then! DO NOT RENT HERE, looks can be fool ANYONE!
