Apartment Review for The Gardens At Polaris - Columbus, OH

The apartments would be a 4 out of 5 stars. A few drawbacks include: 1) Very loud AC & heater. Hard to carry on a conversation near it 2) Had to deal with very loud neighbors playing music from 2:00AM to 4:00AM (on average). Took a week of complaining almost each day before the staff even got back to me. 3) Heating & cooling bills are high enough to be comparable to a house. 4) Good location but traffic along Polaris and Lazelle has gotten bad enough to consider moving away from the area completely. Gets about 10x worse around Christmas time. 5) I live on the second floor and the stairs are always freezing. This last winter the cold air started at the very top of the stairs. Kept feeling drafts but couldn't identify where it was coming from. 6) Had a leak in the roof from a wind storm. Repaired at least twice and still didn't fix the leak completely. Been sitting here with water marks along the ceiling for several months now after complaining about the leak. 7) Management is very slow to clean the roads in the complex. The majority of the time they do one pass down the middle of the road and never clean the rest. When they do, they usually pile it half in front of a garage, almost blocking a car in or outside.
