Apartment Review for The Reserve At Sharon Woods - Columbus, OH

This complex has been managed by about three companies in the last 4 years. The most recent management change effective a few months ago. The new company introduced itself to the community by terminating current employees (but one)and slandering the previous management. The comments included many statements regarding maintainence issues. But as I can see, they aren't doing any better job of maintaining or improving any conditions of this community. The property itself is OLD and in desperate need of total renovations. The windows, doorways and airconditioners being the worst. The fences around the property are an eyesore. The exterior of the complex is not attractive and buildings are in need of painting. Noise is a problem as many tenants have no respect for their neighbors. Management does not seem to be interested in resolving any issues concerning noise. In a nutshell, the apartments are not at worth the amount of rent they are requiring. I would advise anyone interested to crusie the property after hours and maybe speak with an existing tenant.
