Apartment Review for The Residence At Bexley Woods - Columbus, OH

During the two years I lived at this complex we had to file multiple work orders to get something fixed. They would come to fix it - leaving a work order saying something was fixed just for us to find out it wasn't. I worked my way through college as a cleaning lady in Bexley. I know how to clean houses. When we moved out I cleaned everything making sure it was in good condition. Not only did they NOT give us our security deposit back but they tried to charge us over $200 for not cleaning such items as the refrigerator and oven. They were SPOTLESS. This not only happened to me but also to 3 other couples who recently moved out. They send your bill to a bill collector and put it on your credit history. I refuse to pay the bogus charges so I'm stuck with this on my credit report. DON'T MOVE HERE.
