Apartment Review for The Ridge At Taylor Station - Columbus, OH

Management and maintenance are top notch. Susan, the on-site manager, knows everybody's name and always greets with a smile. Maintenance requests are always filled on the same day. I couldn't be happier with the location. 30 seconds from the freeway, but still a quiet community.

Complaints: The buildings are pretty old and showing their age, except for the one that burned down and was re-built. Windows couldn't possibly be worse at insulting. It is hot in the summer and cold in the winter, and the air conditioning/heater can't keep up. Appliances are old and don't work very well. The balconies were re-built several years ago and the worksmanship is terrible. Sometimes, some of the dumpsters fill up and overflow onto the ground around them.

Compliments: Even though the buildings are old, maintenance always addresses complaints on time. I've never had a problem with sewage, bugs, or rodents, even though my unit is right next to a wooded area. I've been living here for almost five years, and they haven't raised rent on me yet, even though I know it has been raised for new tenents. In summary, even though the buildings and appliances are old, this is a great place to live. Pay your rent on time, and you will be taken care of quite well.
