Apartment Review for Townley Court Apartments - Columbus, OH

Poor management. Landlord does not know what hes doing! Windows are old and do not shut properly, mosquito and spiders are everywhere! Gnats invest your kitchen and garbage! Loud boiler room.. the heaters are so loud and make clanking and pounding noises all night! I complained numerous times and never recieved any type of solution to the problem. The noise was so loud at night, I could not sleep and I was forced to move out and in with my boyfriend during the winter months while still paying rent for my empty apartment. And worst of all is the hired courtesy patrol man that calls himself "security". He walks around wearing slippers and a doo-rag smoking cigarettes in the hall way. He has a bad temper and I believe him to be very bored so he creeps around looking to start trouble with residents. He once lied and told the landlord my girl friend flashed her dress up at him and spanked her bottom in his face. He probably was hired from a craig's list ad with no background check performed. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!
