Apartment Review for Trinity Square - Columbus, OH

First off, My Closet with my furnace and water heater is mold infested. The furnace is probably 50 years old, because you can put the heat on 90 degrees, and the thermometer reads 60. we moved into the place with dirty carpet, dirty bathroom, filthy scummy kitchen and a broken stove. the people upstairs flooded there bathroom which caused water to pour threw our bathroom ceiling. ceiling was never repaired and now there is mold there too. we have had 4 attempted breakins. all outside lights have gone out in 12-06 and still to this day have not been fixed. theres a hole under my sink in the cabenet that causes cold air from outside to blow in. i had an electric bill of $200 because its so frickin cold in there we have to actually leave our stove on. maintenance all pretend. they dont know what their doing. their just actors pretending to be maintenance men. then we go to break our lease and they want us to give them $880 to move out. when i ask for the owners name and phone number they refuse to give it to me. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!
